Creative T10 Speakers - Great!Review date: 2010-08-26 Rating: 10 out of 10I have had other speakers for my mp3 which have been ok, but have only had a fairly low volume and have distorted at higher levels. Before purchasing these from Amazon, I tried out several in a local electrical store and the creative, for the size and the money were by far the best. To my delight they were also £10 cheaper on Amazon! I am really with these speakers as we like our music loud and clear. These are just the job!

Pluged them into the headphone socket the difference it made to the sound quality is very good. A cheap way to improve the sound from the TV, movies are better as well try them and see.
johnyoExcellent additional TV SpeakersReview date: 2010-08-18 Rating: 10 out of 10We used these to attach to our TV as extra speakers, having read a readers tip in a popular computer magazine. They attached to the TV with the leads included, with no problem and made a big difference to the sound of the TV, making them a cheaper option than surround sound units. Their volume responds to the TV remote control and they work also through our PVR. The transformer does not even get warm so we feel happy to leave the speakers switched on.
Delivery was quick and they were a good price.

I was disappointed by the sound quality and returned the speakers to Amazon. While these might satisfy many people, if you have a critical ear, or consider yourself any level of audiophile, you may, like me, find these speakers inadequate in terms of sound quality. Specifically, the sound is thin and lacking in detail, there is considerable mid-range confusion, and little bass. Also the power of these speakers does not "fill a room" as other reviewers have stated (unless you happen to live in a phone booth). Even at maximum volume the sound level was relatively low -- there's just not enough power. Bottom line: even though these speakers carry a 4.5 star rating, they're not that good, and you may be disappointed. My hunt for a decent sounding, but inexpensive set of PC speakers goes on... Probably I need to spend twice as much to get acceptable sound quality. You get what you pay for.
